The project site is located near a river, where the air humidity is high and the environment is strongly corrosive. Therefore, all rebar supplied by us underwent strict anti-rust treatment before leaving the factory, and an additional protective coating was applied by the construction team upon arrival to ensure long-term durability under the local humid conditions. During construction, the high dimensional accuracy, stable performance, and excellent batch consistency of our rebar ensured smooth reinforcement binding and concrete pouring, resulting in an overall construction efficiency improvement of approximately 18% compared with initial expectations.
After the bridge was completed, the region entered its rainy season, and water levels rose sharply. However, multiple inspections showed that both the foundation and the superstructure of the new bridge exhibited no cracks, displacement, or abnormal stress, performing even better than the original design assessment. The project supervisors and local government authorities gave high praise to the quality of the rebar and the overall construction results, stating that its performance fully met—and even exceeded—the local engineering safety standards.
