Taking our recent 25,000 m² steel-structure warehouse project supplied for an international logistics company in Southeast Asia as an example, the advantages of high-quality steel materials in practical engineering can be clearly demonstrated. The region has a tropical monsoon climate with high humidity throughout the year, long rainy seasons, and strong winds. Therefore, the client had strict requirements regarding structural load-bearing capacity, corrosion resistance, and construction schedule.

To meet these demands, we provided a full set of customized steel material solutions, including Q235/Q355 H-beams and I-beams for the main structural framework, Z180–Z275 hot-dip galvanized steel coils for wall and roof panels, 6–12 mm carbon steel plates for heavy-duty flooring and storage racks, and rectangular steel tubes for supports, internal partitions, and roof trusses.
The main structure adopts a large-span design with a maximum span of up to 24 meters, eliminating the need for intermediate columns and significantly improving warehouse space utilization. The galvanized steel coils offer excellent corrosion resistance, effectively withstanding the region’s humid and rainy climate while maintaining a clean and modern exterior appearance. The carbon steel plates remain stable even under long-term, high-frequency forklift operations due to their outstanding impact resistance. Meanwhile, the rectangular tubes further enhance the strength, stability, and overall aesthetics of the auxiliary structures.
